  • "Sales Rep" refers to a User registering to find sales opportunities.
  • "Company" refers to a User registering to hire or contract sales representatives.
  • "Content" refers to text, images, resumes, job descriptions, or other information posted by Users.

2. The Service

Remote Sales Jobs acts as a venue to connect Sales Reps with Companies.

  • For Companies: We provide a database of potential candidates and tools to manage the recruitment process.
  • For Sales Reps: We provide access to sales opportunities and tools to present your professional profile.

Important Disclaimer: We are not an employment agency or a recruitment firm. We do not guarantee that a Company will find a suitable Sales Rep, nor do we guarantee that a Sales Rep will find a job or contract. We are not a party to any agreement entered into between a Sales Rep and a Company.

3. Accounts and Registration

To access the matching features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, false, or misleading (e.g., fake resumes or fraudulent job postings).

4. User Responsibilities

A. Sales Reps

By creating a profile, you represent that:

  • Your resume, sales statistics, and work history are accurate.
  • You have the legal right to work in the jurisdictions you select.
  • You will conduct yourself professionally in all interactions with Companies.

B. Companies

By posting a position, you represent that:

  • The job description is accurate and the position is currently open.
  • You have the legal authority to hire or contract for the position.
  • You will comply with all applicable labor and employment laws, including anti-discrimination regulations.

5. Fees and Payments

Certain services (e.g., unlimited messaging, viewing contact details) require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees indicated on our Pricing Page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

6. Relationship of Parties

You acknowledge and agree that Remote Sales Jobs is an independent contractor for all purposes and is not your employer, employee, agent, or partner.

No Employment Relationship: Use of the Site does not create an employment relationship between the Sales Rep and Remote Sales Jobs. Any employment or independent contractor agreement is strictly between the Company and the Sales Rep. Remote Sales Jobs is not responsible for the payment of wages, commissions, benefits, or tax withholdings.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Remote Sales Jobs.

By posting Content (e.g., resumes, logos, job posts) to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
  • Scrape or copy profiles and data for use on a competitor’s site.
  • Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
  • Bypass or tamper with the security of the Site.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Remote Sales Jobs, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
  • Any content obtained from the Service.

Specifically: We are not liable for any disputes, financial losses, or legal issues arising from the relationship between a Sales Rep and a Company.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
